This is in reponse to the request for a TPU editor that could help with
Pascal or Fortran programming.

I have written an editor with the following features:
  - Compilation from within the editor under Pascal, FORTRAN, & Bliss
  - keyword capitalization in Pascal and Bliss
  - Multiple buffers & windows
  - error location in Pascal, FORTRAN & Bliss\
  - Menu interface

It is pretty large and has a few support files that go with it.  If you
want a copy, send me mail directly and I can mail it to you.
