We need to make copies of many tape volumes using our VAX/VMS.  The tapes
are "foreign". I.e., they have no header or trailer records, consist of
multiple files, and the block lengths can vary within files.
Because of the large volume of work, the utility should take maximum
advantage of parallel processing and streaming tape capability.

If you have or know of such a utility, could you please share this information
with us?
