RE: Request for a tape copy program for VMS.

There is a native VAX/VMS tape copy program on various DECUS VAX-SIG and
RSX-SIG tapes written in C. It will copy any tape to a disk container file
and vice versa. It does not depend on any structure on the tape. I used
it to copy RSX-BRU tapes and it works.

NB: The Author of the VMSTPC program is Brian Nelson.
