Does anyone know where there is a definition for the RVD (Remote Virtual
Disk) protocol referred to in various places in the MIT PC/IP code?  We have
some code that implements the protocol, and working backwards from code to
protocol isn't a good idea.  *Of course* I don't have to tell you all that,
do I?
