Keith-

We have been using MH and Gueuemacs as a mail handler on UNIX systems
(Vaxen and Suns).  The combination has most of the general features
you mentioned, although I think there are still holes, especailly when
dealing with large volumes of mail.  Since both programs originated
elsewhere, I am sure you will receive ample descriptions from others.

I am interested in the results of your survey, so please send me a summary.
