Merton, we made a test, and at least the RADC lonex does not include
any names on the cc line.  It does indeed send copies of the mail
to those indicated on the cc lines of the lonex user who generates
the mail, but the mail that is sent out does not include that 
information.  Instead, lonex generates a mail message to everyone
as if they were the only one getting the message.
