Frank,

Just to add to Andy's message - the X.25 interface already supports the
reverse charging facilities you desire, and so will the accounting
system we will be putting in, for X.25 connections.  So, one way to get
what you want is to convert your direct host interface(s) from AHIP to
X.25, if that's at all a possibility.
