Frank,

What Sharon forgot to mention is that while the X.25 interface
does support reverse charging, the protocol layering and charging
algorithm issues that I raised still need to be resolved before
reverse charging can or should be actively used.  At least the
PSN implementation that you need is available, now all you need
is agreement on how and when to use it ...
