USA Lines: 12 In discussing the topic of Ethernet Terminal Servers, many people have reported on their experiences with Encore, Bridge, and Cisco. Is anybody out there using the CMC Transerver? What do you think of it? How good are its implementations of TCP/IP, telnet, rlogin? Can it drive all 10 lines at 9600 baud? 19.2 baud? What RS232 signals does it implement besides TxD, RxD, and Sig Gnd? Can individual lines be configured to pass 8-bit binary to a device (i.e. not put a special interpretation on any particular character, not discard NULL bytes)? -- Mark of the Valley of Roses ...!{harvard,ima}!bbn!aoa!mbr ...!{wjh12,mit-vax}!biomed!aoa!mbr
