	I am told that I missed the posting of this latest 4.3 ICMP mask reply
bug by minutes before I posted my errant bug fix to the net.  Anyway,
I hope this solves the issue with the sun that caused this trading
of code changes.

I have included this latst fix and made it available via anonymous ftp
to host twg.arpa (26.5.0.73).  If you don't have arpa access call 
Wollongong support for the fix.  I think this fix is really only needed
by those sites with diskless suns running os 3.3 or 3.4.  Is this
true or are there other implementations using the ICMP MASKREQ
broadcast?
