We recently upgraded to Ultrix 2.0 and found we could not get
sps to compile correctly.  Everything compiles fine except
waitingfor.c.  I patched up the include files for NFS support
but I still get bool_t undefined.  If I patch in something for
bool_t the compile dies later in the module.

Has anyone fixed sps to work with Ultrix 2.0. If you have please
post your patches.  Thanks in advance.
