We are running a 4.3BSD-based system, but we use HDB uucp, which
uses a different locking scheme from the BSD scheme. This requires
changes to tip and kermit.

The kermit changes involve changing the ifdefs for ATT3BX in
ckutio.c to use the symbol UUCP_HDB, and to have UUCP_HDB defined
automatically if ATT3BX is changed.

Can anyone tell me to whom kermit bugs are to be sent?
