If I was attempting to post a message informing the world of an imminent disaster and it was arbitrarily rejected because somewhere within the text of the discussion that C word was used, I would be horrified, if not outraged. P.S. Does anyone out there have a LEGAL definition of what copyright really means? I don't think that copyright means that the author can decide how something is distributed; copyright in and of itself simply states who owns the document in question. I believe that there is some other term that should be used for the conditional release statements that many folks use. -- Larry W.
