I am looking for sources of info on software which can be used to track
numerous types of magnetic tapes which are being generated from our Unix
systems.  There are business audit tapes, accounting info, dumps, archival
info, etc.  Folks around here are used to a system of software called
"TMS" on the IBM side of the company - something of that or greater 
capability would be the ideal choice.

Feel free to email data to me.  If I get anything useful (ie other than
me-too type messages) I will get a summary worked up and post it to some
appropriate forum - perhaps comp.unix.questions.
