I looking for a public domain or inexpensive text oriented data-base
management system for Mess-Dos.  

Wish list (would like to have the following features):
	- Free format text and numbers.
	- Import or export ASCII files
	- Full screen text editor
	- Use of string searches using boolean operators (and's or's or not's)
	- Nested searches
	- Allow paging through retrieved records
	- Minimum record length of 20 lines
	- Allow use of wildcards and aliases
