As I recall, didn't someone post here a while ago that Apple bought the
rights to use the "Macintosh" name?  So nowadays, the standard disclamer
is not "Trademark of McIntosh Labs, and used with permission" but "Trademark
of Apple Computers."

So we can all now rest easy knowing the free world is safe once again...
