Before i start, might as well check- anybody else doing this? I sure hope so ... Has anybody noticed that iff files from DPaint still look lousy on the LaserWriter? Anybody out there have any solutions? There is an MCad program on the Fred Fish disks; does this program save things as objects or IFF? Anybody out there tried low-pass filtering it? (I know, i'm reaching). Gosh this stuff can get depressing. It would be nice to 1) be able to edit figures on the Amiga for inclusion in articles- still cannot; Deluxe Paint figures included in one article elicited nasty comments from reviewers. 2) Be able to view graphics stuff before dumping to QMS or Laserwriter without plunking down another $700 for software and hardware. After one year of ownership this machine is still just for games. Sigh. -- Ron Minnich
