A-TALK PLUS from Felsina Software handles Tektronix 4010/4014 graphics
emulation.  It allows screen sizes up to 700 x 440 and supports DPaint II and
Aegis Draw formats.  It also has many other common features.  I have used the
package for VT100 emulation, but not for Tektronix emulation.  I hope this
help.
