Unfortunately, that doesn't help in this case. You can't always do that. Assume, for a minute, that you're compiling to RAM:. Now then, how can you delete files from RAM: when the only file in RAM: is the one you're trying to build? What you need to do is free up more memory and add it to RAM:.
