I'm looking for a trackball for my A1000.  I saw a SEGA Sports Pad at a
local toy store.  It looks pretty nice, seems to have the right
connector (the standard shape, anyway), and has a switch to convert it
from acting like a mouse to acting like a joystick.

My questions are:  (1) will it work?, and (2) if I have to "try it and
see", what are the chances it'll damage Amy?
