I've had my Epson Spectrum LX-80 since I had my //c, and I have a generic serial-to-parallel (I think it's called C-print ???) since 1985, and I recently aquired the latest version of Mousewrite (the one with the downloadable fonts). My questions is: can the LX-80 accept downloadable fonts, or is there a problem with my //c-printer hookup, or am I just not initializing the serial card/printer in the correct way to download fonts. Note: everything else works fine, from standard printing to NLQ to fancy features built-into the LX-80. Is it time to spring for a new interface? ? Thanks, Roger Espinosa -- Roger R.
