Actually, things are just about to get worse.  In Sept Apple is going to
introduce TWO new versions of P8 and P16/System Utility disk!  V2.0, which
some folks are getting in their new GS and on various software packages has
been available to developers since about May according to the various
discussions I have been having with folks.  It is the package that allowed
Editors to print to non-Imagewriter II printers (are there such things :-).
There are also numerous other fixes, new toolsets and bugs.
Version 3.0 is coming in Sept (Apple on Compuserve says the first or second 
week of Sept and to not expect your dealer to hear about it till then) is
going to have the REAL finder (in color), a new version of P16 (the real
one?) and I THINK the new P8, along with a lot more bug fixes, features, etc.
At least, that is what we are being told on MAUG (tm).
