Summary:

I'm surprised no one has mentioned the new PC Transporter coming out in two     months from Applied Engineering. It is a card for the Apple II line that runs
MS-DOS software and they are currently estimating 99% compatibility. With a
combination like that the Apple II's would be a valid choice also. There is an
article in A+ magazine about it if your interested.
