This version of TIC adds the ability to alter the default data bits,
parity, and stop bits either from the keyboard or from a command file.

It also supports a CHAT DUPLEX mode that can be set from the keyboard
or from a command file.

If you are using the Applied Engineering DataLink modem then this version
of TIC will disable that card when you leave TIC if you are not online.
This will keep the AE modem from answering the phone when you don't want
it to.

The Directory display command speed has been improved.

The code previously in TIC to control the AE Transwarp card has been removed
because of a bug in the hardware of the Transwarp card.  If you have a 
Transwarp you should set it to use slow mode for slot 2 and TIC should work
normally.

Several minor bugs have been fixed.
