	Probably not.  The "Plus" version of the Magic Sac has a
battery backed up clock.  This clock is also used for some timer stuff
(the emulator software looks at the ticks from it, mainly because some
Mac stuff looks at timer ticks), and is therefore highly recommended
over the "regular" version (sans clock) which will probably not be
sold anymore after a while.  

	$130 seems about right for the Magic Sac Plus without ROMS.
