I am forwarding the following for my friend Orc:


    STadel 3.1a is now officially done, UUCP gateway and all.  (The uucp
gateway does NOT* include newsgroups, so I've gotta find some poor unfortunate
to relay the information for me.)  It's got lotza stuff in it, including a
couple of new file transfer protocols (Ymodem and semi-straight ascii),
floors, and about 35 tweaks and diddles.
