I can't speak for Greg, but I haven't got to far. I had some troubles with my Atari and got mad it and left it turned off for a month. Next, it was summer, and I began to sail almost every day. Now the Mega ST, MINIX, and X version 11 are all near their release date. X requires multi-tasking. I had been toying with the idea of creating my own mini-kernel, but with MINIX almost here I am very tempted to wait for it. Also it has been announced that X version 11 will be available in two weeks. I would prefer to port X V11 rather than the now obsolete V10. Finally, I was hoping that purchasing a new Mega ST would decrease development time (bigger ram disk). That's the news from here. I'll let Greg speak for himself. -- ---Bob Amstadt bob@wiley.uucp {csvax.caltech.edu,trwrb.uucp}!wiley!bob
