I've recently purchased an Atari 520ST and I'm running into a few problems. I have a new Panasonic PX1080i printer, and while I can get the printer to print when I'm using 1st Word, it won't recognize bold, underline, and italics. I was told to install the printer from 1st Word as an Epson RX80. Someone suggested that I probably have to write a new printer driver (Argh!!!). Does anyone have experience with this printer used with the ST? Has anyone out there written a printer driver for it? HELP! (You may have guessed that I'm strictly an end-user, not a programmer/computer scientist type). I'm also looking for suggestions for the following kinds of software: Database Mailing List Graphics Typing Tutor Copies of public domain software for any of these would be great. Otherwise, suggestions for good commercial products would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. -- Bonnie McClean {ihnp4,dual,sun}!lll-lcc!lll-tis!mcclean ``Things that are Real are given and received in silence''
