I got *BRAVE* I upgraded my machine last night (icus) and all went
well (at least so far).  The upgrade was pretty harmless... nothing
unexpected there.  The development tools 3.5 loaded on.  I tried compiling
a few programs w/shared libraries... everything seemed to go *OK*.

It will save me $495+ for the 3.51 tools now.  I'll miss the bug fixes
and enhancements... but what can you do!
