This has reportedly been fixed in the 1.43 ROMS. The new ROMs have many other features, as well, from support for a wider variety of hard disks to light pen support, and (the ever popular) many, many more, too numerous to mention here. We experienced the same problem, but haven't seen it since replacing our 1.21s. We ordered the ROMs from one of the following numbers (they all should work, but I would suggest trying them in the order given): 1. 800-222-PART 2. 800-922-0354 3. 800-544-8494 Post a note if these don't work, and I'll try to find another number.
