HELP!!

I am in need of a copy of the KERMIT file transfer program and
instructions on its use.  I need to transfer a file from another
machine that does not have the UMODEM protocol, but does have a version
of KERMIT on it.  If you can EMail a copy of the Kermit source and a
documentation file, it would be much appreciated!
