Keywords: New BBS software, please restrict calling hours.

I have installed new BBS Software on the UNIX PC Users group BBoard.
It's does much more now than it did before.  Folks who have used the
old system will have to re-register.

I'm really happy about the response we're getting, but, unfortunatly,
it's been a bit better than I expected.  We use the machine with the
BBS system for development, and currently, we need the phone line on it
once in a while during the day.   So, for now, if you can, please try to
call after 4:30 on weekdays or on weekends.
