 Wrong! there are MAJOR differrences between the 2, the biggest
 is a new and improved shared lib.  The actual library is shipped 
 in the foundation set, and all of the .a files are shipped in the
 development set.  When you go to compile a file that uses this 
 feature, the system will roll over when you try to run the product.

 There are also Lots of differrences in document preperation which
 should NOT affect you.
