We have a pair of Able DH/DM asynch boards which have been living happily
on our Vax 11/750 running 4.3bsd.   Part of our upgrade plan has been to
move these into service on a Vax 82x0 running Ultrix 2.0 (natch.)  Unhappily
DEC does not provide DH11 support with the new release of Ultrix.  Has 
anyone made the port from the Berkeley dh/dm device drivers to Ultrix 2.0?
