I'm having a problem with these files.  This is what I do:
1. Trim the file so that everything before (but not including)
   the begin is gone.  Same for anything that occurs after the
   end
2. uudecode the file
3. Kermit the file down to a PC.  (I'm running kermit on the
   PC and using it as a terminal)
4. arc x file.arc

I don't get any obvious errors along the way but the final file
is never correct.  What version of DOS do I need (does it
matter).  What about the arc program...should I get an up-to-date
one?
