But if you need file access, then skip it. Anyway, its name is WBBS from Wayne Conrad. Up to 15 public areas and written in Turbo Pascal. Very simple to use and maintain. He is currently offline due to HD problems but he should be back soon. Anyway, you can get a copy from Bob's Answering Machine at (602)-242-3158. Bob's is an Opus but I forget the node number.
