I did it by buying a 1.2 M drive from Weltec in Irvine, Ca for $149.00 It runs great in regular pc/xt (mine is a Deskpro). You install it with a .sys file but it still works from fastback and pctools as unit 1 or whatrever. As far as I know you have to buy a new controller to use your Teac, but I have seen one for $39 which allows 4 mixed floppys of most any type.
