There seems to be alot of talk about the PROCOMM.PRM file and it being
modified.  I have a patch, which when run modifies the PROCOMM.PRM
file.  It makes PROCOMM think that it has be invoked 255 times thefore
removing the opening screen.  If there is enough of a call for it I will
post it to the net.
