Computing and Information Technology Lines: 23 Keywords: Turbo C, Microsoft C, Linkers Summary: Can you link Turbo C and Micrososft C libraries and object files Hi, I am writing some software in C and Turbo Pascal. I want to use some commercially available libraries. Unfortunately they are compiled using Microsoft C v4.0 and I don't have the compiler. I have Lattice C v3.0 and Turbo C v1.0 compilers. I also have Turbo Pascal and Microsoft Pascal v1.0. I was wondering if it is possible to do something to get around the problems 1) Could I compile object files using Turbo C/Lattice C and link them using thier linkers? 2) Could I compile object files using TurboC/ Lattice C and link them using the Microsoft Pascal Linker? 4) Is there some other way I could do this short of buyinf the Microsoft C compiler Thanks in advance -- Amit Joshi | BITNET : Q3696@PUCC.BITNET | USENET : ...seismo!princeton!phoenix!asjoshi "There's a pleasure in being mad ...which none but madmen know!"
