Summary: ARCing would have saved a lot of time and money in transmission


Although I think this is an 'interesting' program, and I have no problem with
it being posted to the net, I have a bit of a problem with the method used.

If the somewhat 'standard' method of ARCing were applied to the four image
files, it would have cut the size to ONE FIFTH of the original.  I.E. only
20% of the actual size of the posting was really required.

I think this likely caused a lot of unnecessary expense in the net...
