Collins, Co. Lines: 23 The LDS (Mormon) church has geneology software that should suit your needs. It's called "Personal Ancestral File" (PAF) and is available to the public for $35 plus shipping from the LDS Distribution Center in Utah. The latest version (2.0) is a set of compiled C programs and is available for various personal computers, including Apple and MS-DOS. I recently received the MS-DOS version. They charged me $35 plus $1.05 shipping. It arrived via UPS within 2 weeks of the order. It requires 2 floppy drives or 1 floppy and a hard disc. I'm very impressed with the quality of the software and the documentation. You can order it on your credit card. The stock number for PAF on MS-DOS is PBGS1176. The number to call is 1-800-247-3892. Have the stock number and credit card number ready when you call. The Mormon church also makes it's very extensive geneology library resources available to the public, either free or very inexpensively. See your yellow pages under "Churches - Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints". My local yellow pages even list the local Geneology Library.
