I would appreciate hearing from anyone who has experience
with/knowledge of a measuring device which can be connected to an
AT&T 6300 PC (bus interface OK, but I prefer an RS-232 interface)
and will measure the RPM of a bicycle type device (revolutions in
the range of 0 to 1000 RPM).  Hooking items (eg, magnets) on the
revolving part is allowed.  Also any information about the
internal specifications of the 6300 itself would be of great use,
especially how IBM PC compatible the 6300 really is.
