I think this is a general enough question for the net:

The Tandy 4000 supports 1.4M 3 1/2" floppies.  Microport has told me that
they are not actively working on the driver but soliciting contractors and
will probably support to Tandy 4000.

Xenix will (probably already has) support for the 3 1/2".
