I need a cross assembler + debugger/monitor for the intel 8031 microcontroller.
The 8031 is a member of intel's 8051 family (8051 programs should be
 applicable).  C source would be great but anything will do.  I have access to
Unix running machines + IBM, and Apple micros.

Any leads would be appreciated.  Also any personal experiences in designing
network applications for this microprocessor would be appreciated.
