California Lines: 17 Keywords: XL, Lisa, SCSI, Prototyping Boards Is there a SCSI board for the Macintosh XL? It looks simple enough to have been done but I have had little luck even finding anyone selling prototyping boards for the XL. Sun Systems Remarketing has introduced a 20Meg drive but I would rather invest the money in a hard disk drive that I can later use when I finally, if ever, decide to dump my XL. On a related note, I notice that the 5 Meg Profile Hard disk uses a Seagate ST-506 drive- the same hard disk drive interface used in IBM PCs. Has anyone tried upgrading the Profile with a 10 or 20 Meg IBM PCish ST-506? Ben -- Benjamin Britt USC/Information Sciences Institute
