The new TMON version 2.8 has a rather serious bug that clobbers clipboard
operations.  I first noticed this when copying/pasting between windows began to
fail in LightspeedC.

The folks at ICOM Simulations are aware of the bug.  Evidently it only occurs
when the monitor is loaded by launching the TMON application.  If you use the
TMON Startup init the problem does not occur.
