I think your question is directed to the wrong newsgroup, but here you
have the answer:

1.	Franz debugger or stepper should be loaded before you run
	your (crashing) program. Then (and only then) the two utilities
	will be able to properly interpret the break conditions.
	You may load them (fixit, stepper) automatically from ".lisprc".
