We recently got a Mac II so I am just now using System 4.1. We've had other Macs here with HyperDrives, but the HyperDrive software is incompatible with the new System (I'm tired of third party problems). At any rate, the winchester is periodically accessed both from the Finder and within applications at times when everything appears idle. Is this really happening? Or does my mouse have an associate living in the vast expanse of the Mac II box? -- Cliff Loucks [gatech | ucbvax]!unmvax!sandia!intvax!loucks Sandia National Labs, Albuquerque, New Mexico Poor New Mexico; So far from Heaven, and so close to Texas.
