Keywords: What's best for a MAC SE?

I am looking to upgrade my 1Mb Mac SE to a 2 Mb (or greater).  What packages
are there out there, how do they rate, how much do they cost?  Will local Apple
Dealers usually install them if you buy them from a 3rd party?
