I tried calling the number of the Apple Programmer's & Developer's Association
last week to get a copy and they said that since I wasn't a member of the
above group, I'd have to join (for a $20 membership fee).  Once I joined, I
could get the Guide for $19.95 from them.  Does anyone know if I can 
purchase a copy from anyone else besides these folks?
